IMPORTANT NOTICE
All the regular students of IST Semester, 3rd Semester, 5th Semester of Three Year B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, Academic Session 2011-2012 are hereby directed to obtain the Examination forms for appearing Term End Exams. 2011-2012 from Shri P.K. Kaul in the Administrative Office
They are directed to fill in the Examination Form and submit the same alongwith two passport size photographs LATEST BY 16th September, 2011
Note:
Admission Tickets for appearing in the Term End Examination will be issued only to those students who fulfill the attendance requirements as laid down in fresh Examination Rules of National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida as circulated by them July, 2011.
“A STUDENT MUST OBTAIN A MINIMUM AGGREGATE OF 75%
ATTENDANCE WITH MINIMUM 40% IN EACH SUBJECT.”

National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida has decided to permit such students who have been placed out of system students of 3rd year of 3-year B.Sc.,2010-11 (annual mode) and such eligible 3rd year students since year 2002 to clear their back log papers of 3rd year or having one / two papers of 2nd year under Golden Chance examinations which will commence from 12th October, 2011.
The special dispensation has been provided only to candidates who:

This specific permission is only for “Out of system” candidates of 3rd year annual mode.

Fail candidates of 3rd year placed in “out of system” category are also eligible and can appear in subjects in which they have failed.
|
Such out of system candidates would pay examination fee @Rs.300/- for Theory Subject and Rs.500/- for Practical subject besides a revalidation of enrolment fee of Rs.2,500/-
The examination form duly filled-in alongwith two latest passport size photographs and examination fee may be deposited by way of cash or Demand Draft in favour of the PRINCIPAL, DR. AMBEDKAR INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT, CATERING & NUTRITION, PAYABLE AT CHANDIGARH latest by 30th September, 2011 positively. Failing to comply, no further request to accept the form will be entertained. (Fee timings from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM except SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.)
