Food Production, being one of the major departments of the Hotel Industry is involved with the production of food. Institute has various kitchens supervised by various Expert Chefs, starting from the Basic Training Kitchen, which lays down the foundation stone for young dynamic hospitality students to become chefs, which is followed by Quantity Food Kitchen and Regional Kitchen, used for students to prepare them to face the challenge of cooking for large groups and in college, cater the wide variety of students representing different culinary zones of India. After mastering the basic skills, the students move onto the specialization of cooking in Advanced Training Kitchen which trains students in modern and world cuisines. Along with these kitchens, the institution also has Bakeries and Patisseries to train the students ardent in this field.
