ADMISSIONS B.Sc H&HA 2026-27 :  

  • The Schedule for Physical reporting will be from 22nd  June 2026 to 10th July 2026 (EXCEPT Sat/Sun and 26/6/2026), Timing 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. 

  • Fee payment link(SBI portal) for First Semester will be active from 20.6.2026. 

  • The Balance amount( for First Semester) to be paid to institute is RS 66,475/- through SBI portal .

GUIDELINES FOR INSTITUTE ADMISSION : PHYSICAL REPORTING AT THE INSTITUTE

The Candidates  taking admission in the Institute must pay the institutional fee (balance amount) of Rs. 66,475/-through SBI Collect link activated on the institute website after 20.06.26.

Fee Structure B.Sc First Semester 2026-27

Steps to pay fee via SBI Collect link –

  • Click on the Fee payment link on institute website www.ihmchandigarh.org.

  • This will connect to SBI collect online portal.

  • A window opens: ‘Search by institution / organization name’

  • Enter AIHM in the window

  • In drop down menu select AIHM Chandigarh

  • Select payment category 1st Sem Fee.

  • Fill all given details and pay the fee.




  1. Physical Reporting at the Institute: From 22/06/2026 to 10/07/2026 except Saturday, Sunday and 26/06/2026 (Muharram).

    The Candidates must bring following completed documents for admission along with original  for verification.

  3. B.Sc. 1st year Admission Form – Declaration by candidate/Parent 

  4. JNU Admission Form: JNU Enrolment Form 2026

  5. Hostel & Vegetarian Course option : OPTIONS FOR SEM1 2026(from website)

  6. Fill the anti ragging form at antiragging.in and forward the registration number email received at aihmantiragging@gmail.com (STEPS TO SUBMIT ANTI RAGGING AFFIDAVIT 2026)

  7. Copy of ABC-ID registration (STEPS TO SUBMIT ABC ID)

  8. Medical Certificate in original (Medical Format 2026 As per NCHM website) from a registered medical practitioner.

  9. A copy of 10 + 2 pass marks sheet

  10. A copy of 10th pass marks sheet

  11. Migration/TC certificate in original

  12. A copy of OBC certificate as per central government list (OBC CERTIFICATE FORMAT 2026).

    and If Applicable SC/ST/EWS/KM/PH certificate.

  13. A copy of Aadhaar Card

  14. Copy of receipt of transfer of Institution fee of Rs. 66475/-

  15. A copy of Bank passbook or cancelled cheque of parent’s or student’s bank account

  16. Recent Eight passport size colour photographs.

Candidates who have given an undertaking to produce a document in correct format during Online- counselling must produce the required document to the Institute Office before 30th September, 2026.


The Institute offers ONLY VEG option also for the students who are not willing to handle non-vegetarian items in the Food Production / Bakery practical classes. THEORY CLASSES AND THEORY EXAM IS SAME FOR ALL THE STUDENTS. It is mandatory to specify the ONLY VEG option at the time of physical reporting in the Institute.

 

Hostel Allocation: Tentative date (As directed by NCHM) of hostel allocation will be 16.07.2026. More information will be provided soon

 

 



 


 

Duration : 6 Semesters (3.0 Years)

About the course : The Bachelor of Science program in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is offered by NCHMCT and recognised by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. The Three-Year (Six Semester) full time regular course equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the Hospitality sector. 

Eligibility of Admission

Program: B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration

Age Limit: No Age Bar

Minimum Eligibility: Pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ Institution with English as one of the subjects. Those appearing in the qualifying exam can also apply on a provisional basis. Provisional admission will stand cancelled if proof of having passed the qualifying examination is not submitted at the time of admission or latest by 30th September of admission year.
