New Hostel Rules from the Academic Session 2019-20 onwards

Notice

Dr. Ambedkar Institute’s Girl’s hostel has a capacity to accommodate 102 girl students at any given point of time which has been till date sufficient to accommodate all the girl students of the institute. However, we have witnessed the manifold increase over past years in the number of girls joining the course. Therefore, this is to inform you that following will be the break-up of seat intake in girls hostel from A.Y. 2019-20 onwards:

THE SEATS WILL BE ALLOTTED PURELY ON MERIT BASIS IN THE PREVIOUS EXAM. ALL PREVAILING GOVERNMENT RESERVATION NORMS WILL APPLY. Any leftover seats will be allocated to Sem V students on merit basis.

Affidavit can be prepared from any area comfortable to them or from Candidates Residence area.

The students will be allotted the Hostel seat only after completion of the necessary formalities .
